- We use notice, consent, and clinic instructions to guide how personal data is collected and used.
- Clinic data is isolated by account and protected with role-based access controls.
- Service providers are expected to process data only for authorized product, support, security, or compliance purposes.
- Access, correction, deletion, and grievance requests can be sent to health@mail.therapypod.com.
Where a clinic is responsible for a patient's data, we may coordinate with that clinic to respond to privacy requests and confirm the appropriate handling path.
