About TherapyPod
Patient data in.Human care out.AI in the middle.
Your patients collect health data every day, on phones, watches, home BP machines, and lab reports. TherapyPod brings that data to your clinic. An AI watches it, answers routine questions on WhatsApp, and calls in your staff the moment something looks serious. It runs for a fixed monthly fee. A small clinic can now offer the kind of follow-up that used to need a whole team.
Data patients already have
Phones, watches, BP machines, lab reports.
AI that answers to a human
It watches and talks. Your staff decides.
A price small clinics can pay
A fixed monthly fee, not a bigger payroll.
Why we built this
In India, one doctor often looks after thousands of patients. A visit lasts about fifteen minutes. Then the patient goes home for weeks or months.
Health does not pause in between. Blood pressure drifts up. A side effect starts. A warning sign shows up in data that nobody is reading. By the time the patient calls, the easy moment to help has passed.
Large private hospitals solve this with people: care coordinators, follow-up nurses, a desk that answers all night. Most clinics cannot pay for that. So the patients who need steady follow-up the most usually get the least of it.
Software does not work like a payroll. It costs roughly the same whether it helps 50 patients or 5,000. That is the gap we build in: good follow-up care, priced so an ordinary clinic can actually offer it.
What we build
Three parts, one loop
Each part is useful on its own. Joined together, they change what a small clinic can do for a patient who is at home.
Patients bring their own data
A patient connects the phone, watch, BP monitor, or sugar meter they already own. They upload lab reports. They answer short check-ins on WhatsApp. Nothing new to buy, nothing new to learn. The patient owns this data and picks which clinic sees what.
AI sits in the middle, never on top
The AI does the watching and the talking. It answers from your clinic's own approved information, so patients hear what your team would say. It looks at weeks of readings, not one number. It never names a disease and never picks a treatment. When something looks risky, it stops and hands the case to your staff with the readings and the chat attached.
The clinic's routine work runs itself
Questions get answered at 11 at night and on Sundays. New patient inquiries are saved instead of lost. Follow-up messages go out on their own. Escalations arrive ready to act on. Your team spends its hours on the patients who actually need a person.
Built for the way Indian clinics run
We start with outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and specialty practices. The loop is tuned for one condition at a time. What you ask a cancer patient is not what you ask a mother in her eighth month.
Cancer recovery
Side effects, energy, and appetite tracked between cycles.
Maternal health
BP, weight, and warning signs followed week by week.
Migraine
Triggers, sleep, and attack patterns collected over time.
Addiction recovery
Check-ins and relapse warning signs, handled gently.
Why cost matters to us
Low cost is the point, not a discount
Care that only rich hospitals can run does not help many people. So every choice we make is aimed at keeping the price low enough for a normal clinic to say yes.
No new hardware
Patients use the phone in their pocket and the machines already at home. Clinics buy nothing.
No new app to install
It runs on WhatsApp, which most patients in India already use every day.
Hindi and other Indian languages
Text-first, so it works in a patient's own language and on a slow connection.
One fixed monthly fee
Plans start at ₹5,000 a month — far less than paying people to do the same work by hand.
See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
Our limits
Rules we do not break
An AI near a patient has to be careful before it is clever. These four rules hold on every channel, in every plan.
The AI assists. It does not diagnose.
Naming a condition and choosing treatment stay with your doctors. Always.
Warning signs go to a person, fast
When the AI spots a red flag, routine chat stops and a staff member is pulled in.
Answers come from your clinic
The AI replies from information your clinic approved, and staff can see where each answer came from.
Patients own their data
They choose which clinic sees what. Each clinic's records stay separate, and every escalation is logged.
The full safety and privacy design lives on our trust page.
A patient in a small town should get the same steady follow-up as a patient in a big city hospital. That should not depend on what the clinic can afford to spend.
