The Opportunity

Be the driving force of our growth in India. You will be on the front lines, engaging with clinic owners, understanding their challenges, and showing them how ClinicGPT Hub is the key to a more efficient and profitable practice.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads from various channels, including online aggregators, digital marketing campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Master the ClinicGPT Hub product and articulate its value proposition clearly, demonstrating how it solves key pain points like missed patient calls and inefficient lead management.
  • Perform compelling, personalized software demos for clinic owners and practice managers.
  • Understand the unique challenges of small and medium-sized private clinics in the Indian market.
  • Manage your sales pipeline diligently in our CRM (HubSpot) and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback from the frontline to our product and marketing teams.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably selling SaaS or HealthTech products.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with busy doctors and clinic staff.
  • A deep understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, including the role of aggregators.
  • A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for prospecting and opening new accounts.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote-first, results-oriented culture.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and demonstrate new software.
