Can Verizon Medical Data Exchange Initiative Change the Game?

Government mandates are great for prompting people into action. Verizon, working with partners, has launched directory service for medical data exchange. This initiative will help medical practitioners to meet government mandated deadline for getting payment linked identity by 2011.
